The purpose of this Board resolution (# 2021-01) is to correct an obsolete reference in the Meadows CC&Rs.
The original process was to submit Architectural Review Committee (ARC) applications to Underwood and Associates LLC in Anacortes where they would be processed for a $350 fee. That process ended when Meadows LLC transferred full responsibility for HOA business to the HOA membership. The current process includes no fees and requires that the applications be submitted to the HOA ARC.
